Jenny Jeon – Grade 7
  1. Excitement
  2. Shanghai United International School (SUIS Hongqiao).
  3. [SMIC has a lot of] sports [activities].
  4. Science Club.
  5. [I am looking forward to building] different experiences here.
Jessica Jeong – Grade 7
  1. Nice.
  2. Shanghai High School International Division (SHSID).
  3. The locker areas are located in the hallway and contain three grades in one floor.
  4. Yearbook and middle school tennis.
  5. I wish I could make more friends and become better at studying since this school is famous for it.
Jeff Chang – Grade 8
  1. Huge.
  2. Huji Harbour Kindergarten.
  3. There are many projects that we team up with others and do together.
  4. Not sure yet.
  5. [I am looking forward to the] Shark Fiesta!
Brenda Chen – Grade 10
  1. Independent.
  2. (SMIC Chinese Track).
  3. Students are really independent and are allowed arrange their time freely.
  4. French Club and Environmental Club.
  5. I’m really looking forward to the varsity sports in SMIC-I!
Renee Pao – Grade 11
  1. Big!
  2. Fudan International School (FDIS).
  3. Course selection was more limited [in my previous school]. Now I have more [to choose from].
  4. I’m not really sure yet.
  5. [I’m looking forward to] joining sports activities, such as basketball.
Sunny Han – Grade 11
  1. Great!
  2. Anyang Foreign Language High School.
  3. [SMIC has] good facilities.
  4. I’m not really sure yet.
  5. I’m looking forward to making good memories here.

 

Grade 9: Minkyo Han

  1. Interesting.
  2. Public school in Korea, AnYang.
  3. [This school has] big locker areas, [in which we] can hang out freely.
  4. MUN.
  5. [I am looking forward to] many festivals and club activities.

    Jennifer!! please change Jeff Chang’s question number 2. Some might think he came to 8th grade SMIC right after he graduated kindergarten.
