Shanghai Happy Valley held Halloween activities
From the beginning of October to mid November, Shanghai Happy Valley has been holding many Halloween related activities. One of the most popular activity among those, is the real-life escaping game adapted from an electronic game called “The Fifth Identity,” newly introduced to players in April. In “The Fifth Identity,” players can choose to act as either survivors whose mission is to collaborate with the team members, or players can be supervisors whose mission is to catch the survivors. Over six months, this electronic game had attracted a wide range of players from numerous countries from Europe and Asia. This year, starting from October 4th, Shanghai Happy Valley set up the scenes according to the original backgrounds in the game, turning it into real life scenes, in which the supervisors where played by the workers in Happy Valley. The players would be given the opportunity to actually become the survivors and be more integrated into the game. One of the fans of the electronic game “The Fifth Identity” expressed, “I am very excited about this event. I can’t imagine how the game can be presented in real life.”
Aside form the real-life escaping game adapted from “The Fifth Identity,” Shanghai Happy Valley also held a series of high quality magic shows. Tiago Minnewitz, the ultimate magician from Argentina, was invited to Happy Valley. Tiago has performed in Shenzhen, Macedonia, Guatemala, and Columbia. Since October, Minnewitz’s magic show was staged at Shanghai Happy Valley. Minnewitz’s magic show requires highly developed skills and is always breathtaking. For example, during one part of Minnewitzs’ magic shows, he escapes from a rope at high altitude. Besides Minnewitz, more than twenty foreign magicians were also invited to perform their special skills in Shanghai’s Happy Valley.
