It is extremely common to feel hungry during the evening, especially around 11:30 p.m. It is also common to be afraid of gaining weight after eating a late night snack. For this recipe, start with putting pieces of whole-wheat bread into a bread machine to make it crispier. Next polish the crispy bread with the sauce of your choice, some recommended sauces are Nutella, peanut butter, and berry jam. Some people also like to put yoghurt along with honey onto their bread too. Then, add the fruit of your choice, some common fruits to put on bread are kiwi, banana, strawberries, and blueberries. Finally, sprinkle the bread with the toppings of your choice for example chocolate chip and sesame.

If you’re tired of something sweet, the third recipe is perfect for you. This is a vegetable roll without the need to put any bread on the outside. First, tear off a big slice of lettuce and add the ingredients on top of the lettuce. Common ingredients to add are chicken breast meat, sliced tomatoes, and cucumbers. Next up, add some sauce such as salad sauce, ketchup, or even hot sauce. Finally, make everything into a big roll and cut the roll into halves. There, a tasty vegetable roll is done. The key is to keep the calorie as low as possible

Sometimes, drinking smoothies can make people full faster while being the healthiest of all the four recipes. Put all the fruits of your choice into a blender. Don’t try to put too many bananas though, because the taste of bananas is usually the strongest. It is also recommended to put low fat milk as the base of the smoothie, or greek yoghurt which contains less calorie than regular yoghurts.
