Fans anticipate another great year with new movies and music
The year 2018 is upon us! Although students have their own unique activities and pursuits, there’s an interest that all people share in common: movies and music. To satisfy this interest, there are some suggestions ready to offer people some great movies and albums to be released in 2018.
To start with the movies, there are several highly anticipated films that are about to come out. “This is so exciting! I’ve been waiting for Avengers since the last episode was released! I can’t wait for it to be released!” exclaimed Inque Park (11B).
Yes! The Avengers, after three years since its last installment, Avengers: Age of Ultron, they are finally releasing Avengers: Infinity War. Many Marvel fans, including myself, are both excited and nervous about the movie. Also, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and The Greatest Showman are movies that you should catch when they come out. In 2018, many singers are planning a comeback. One of those singers is Justin Timberlake. Even though there have been many rumors of his comeback since last year, it seems that JT officially announced a return to music to be sometime in early 2018. He has been teasing the lyrics and the titles of his songs on his Instagram for a while now. “Even though I’m not a ‘fan’ of his, I’m still waiting for his [new] song because I liked his last song, Can’t Stop the Feeling,” Cindy Huang (11B). Several other celebrities like Charlie Puth, Tinashe, and Kimbra are going to have a new album come out sometime in 2018 as well. If you are a fan, watch out for their albums!
